1. How does Medipal Sani-Spray work?
Medipal Sani-Spray is a non-alcohol, non-carcinogenic, water-based
anti-bacteria, anti-virus disinfectant spray. It is very effective
and quickly kill viruses within 5 minutes. It contains dual active
ingredients (Dialdehyde and Benzalkonium chloride) that are
recognized by WHO as an effective sanitiser against Avian
influenza virus, Foot-Mouth disease virus, infectious bronchitis
virus, etc.
The main active ingredient of Medipal Sani-Spray has the ability to
react and crosslink with primary amines, such as those present
in the lysine protein and arginine amino acid that are
component of the microbial cell wall. This action can prevent a
microorganism (bacteria or viruses) from carrying on its
normal metabolic function, resulting in cell death.
In short, the main active ingredient attacks the protein of the
virus and bacteria.

How long will this Medipal Sani Spray last after treatment?
After Disinfection Treatment with Sani-Spray is completed at
sufficient dosage and time, the Treated Area is 99.9999% clear
of micro-organisms. However, how long it remains disinfected
will depend on how it is being used subsequently.
People bring in microbes on their attire, shoes, mucus, in the
air they breathe out, food or other items they carry along. In
addition, air currents caused by the movement of human
traffic, draw in un-treated air from other areas adjacent to the
Treated Area. The air-conditioning or other ventilation
systems, contribute untreated air from other parts of the
system into the Treated Area too. Areas which have restricted
access are more likely to maintain the disinfected status longer.

quickly regain high levels of bacteria
and viruses.
